How to Take Your Measurements
Finding the right fit starts with a few simple measurements. SKYBAK one-piece swimsuits are designed with added torso length for taller women and women with longer proportions, so taking your measurements will help you choose the most comfortable size.
Torso Length
Place the measuring tape at the highest point of your shoulder (near your neck). Run it down the front of your body, through your legs, and back up to the starting point.
Tip:
If your torso length is over 30 inches (76 cm) from shoulder to crotch, you likely have a long torso. SKYBAK swimsuits include an additional 1.5 inches (3.8 cm) of length compared with standard one-piece sizing for a better fit and more comfort through the body.
If you typically find most one-pieces pull, ride up or feel short through the body, consider choosing one of our “+” sizes for a little extra ease in both length and width.
Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level and comfortably snug. This helps determine whether you may prefer a standard size or a “+” size for a fuller or softer bust shape.
Under bust / Ribcage
Place the tape directly under your bust. A firmer under bust measurement may suit a standard size, while a softer or fuller ribcage may feel more comfortable in a “+” size.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your waist (usually just above the belly button). Keep the tape close to the skin without pulling tight.
Hips
Measure around the widest part of your hips and bottom. This helps ensure comfortable coverage without pulling or riding up.

Pre-Order Availability:
Our pre-order option allows you to reserve sought-after items before their official release date. This ensures you receive them as soon as they become available. International Customs Duties:
Please note that we are a UK based company and we ship all orders from the UK.
For international orders (all countries outside of the UK), please be aware that any applicable customs duties are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. We recommend researching local taxes and duties before placing your order. The charges may be based on your order value before purchasing from Skybak Swimwear - If you order, and decide to reject your shipment due to import charges you will be responsible for the cost of the item being returned to Skybak Swimwear - This charge will be advised by the carrier at the time of rejection.
Order Fulfilment:
To ensure efficient order processing, in-stock items and pre-ordered items within the same order will be shipped separately. You will receive them at different times.
Package Delivery and Inspection:
Upon delivery, please thoroughly check the package for any signs of tampering or damage. If such issues are present, you have the option to sign for the package with a notation of the damage or refuse it entirely. In the event of unauthorized signature or tampering, kindly notify the courier's office and contact us immediately.
Undelivered Packages and Returns:
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will typically hold the package for a designated period, allowing you to arrange redelivery. Please note that undelivered or refused packages will not be eligible for a refund of shipping costs. For non-EU countries, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from any refund issued for refused packages to cover import costs.
Incorrect or Faulty Items:
If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us at info@skybak.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly include a picture of the item or defect for our reference. We will work diligently to resolve the issue.
