RETURNS & REFUNDS
UK & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We hope you love your SKYBAK swimsuit, but returns do happen, so if for any reason you're not entirely satisfied, you have the option to return the product within 14 days from the dispatch date for a full refund or exchange.
Please note that at this stage shipping costs are non-refundable. All items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are returned and received by Skybak Swimwear. When returning items, we advise using a tracked service and proof of postage.
Please ensure the items are unused, in as-new condition, with the hygiene stickers in place and all the packaging intact.
Returns are typically processed promptly, but during busy periods, please allow up to 14-21 days for processing.
We understand that selecting the right size and style can be challenging when purchasing online. To assist you in making the best choice, we provide detailed sizing charts and product descriptions on our website. Please review these carefully before making your purchase.
We recommend that you carefully review your order before completing your purchase to ensure that you have selected the correct size and style. If you have any questions or concerns about our products, sizing, or policies, please don't hesitate to contact us.
When trying on items, please handle them with care. Items returned in unsuitable, worn, or damaged condition cannot be refunded. In such cases, we'll return the item to you, and you'll be responsible for delivery costs. Failure to respond within 14-21 days will result in the goods being sent away for repurposing.
Skybak Swimwear reserves the right to reject the returns that are sent after the allowed return window of 14 days and/or otherwise outside of the Return policy. In case of declined return, we may send the items back to your main delivery address on your expense to cover the delivery costs.
If you would like to exchange your swimsuit for a different size, colour or style please email us and we will arrange the exchange for you.
FAULTY ITEMS
If your item is faulty, please contact us with the details and images of the fault. We will ask you to return the item and send us the proof of postage so we can also refund your delivery costs.
Where possible we will try and send a replacement item, but this depends on availability, if the item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you place an order and refuse the shipment for any reason including due to any additional import vat/duty charges you will be responsible for any charges associated with the shipping of the shipment plus any additional charges incurred for the shipment being returned to Skybak Swimwear. These charges will be deducted from your final refund.
