SHIPPING POLICY
International Customs Duties:
For international orders (all countries outside of the UK), please be aware that any applicable customs duties are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. We recommend researching local taxes and duties before placing your order. The charges may be based on your order value before purchasing from Skybak Swimwear - If you order, and decide to reject your shipment due to import charges you will be responsible for the cost of the item being returned to Skybak Swimwear - This charge will be advised by the carrier at the time of rejection. As an exception, orders to the United States below $800 are exempt from customs duties.
Order Fulfilment:
To ensure efficient order processing, in-stock items and pre-ordered items within the same order will be shipped separately. You will receive them at different times.
Package Delivery and Inspection:
Upon delivery, please thoroughly check the package for any signs of tampering or damage. If such issues are present, you have the option to sign for the package with a notation of the damage or refuse it entirely. In the event of unauthorized signature or tampering, kindly notify the courier's office and contact us immediately.
Undelivered Packages and Returns:
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will typically hold the package for a designated period, allowing you to arrange redelivery. Please note that undelivered or refused packages will not be eligible for a refund of shipping costs. For non-EU countries, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from any refund issued for refused packages to cover import costs.
Incorrect or Faulty Items:
If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us at info@skybak.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly include a picture of the item or defect for our reference. We will work diligently to resolve the issue.
Order Modifications and Cancellations:
To modify or cancel your order, please contact us at info@skybak.co.uk immediately. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate such requests once your order has begun the fulfilment process.
